We will be using the power of the breath to explore our conscious and unconscious experience of this time. Some experiences are so big they take time to digest and integrate. Let the breath ask your body what you have learned of yourself, what you’d like to leave behind and what you’d like to further nurture.
Breathwork is an active meditation that by occupying the mind creates space for the body to heal physically, emotionally and spiritually. This is a practice that can aid in letting go of old narratives, traumas and fears as well as connecting you to clarity, inspiration and a greater sense of embodiment. If you have been feeling stuck in any area of your life, having difficulty allowing love in, moving past an old wound, I invite you to try this practice. As an active practice it can bring up emotions, but know you can trust that the body won't bring up anything it isn't ready to heal and the energy of the group will hold and support you. After Breathwork sessions people usually leave saying they feel energized and lighter.
Dress comfortably , an eye pillow and palm stones can be supportive allies.
You will receive a link to this group by 6pm on the day of the event. If you can’t make the live group a recording will be sent out after.
This group is sliding scale $0-$25 and all proceeds will be donated to Black Lives Matter.
