BREATHWORK FOR INTUITION

We are all intuitive, but our fears and rational thinking mind can get in the way of deeper listening. In this group we will allow the breath to occupy the rational mind so that we can access the wisdom of the body and parts of our brain that don’t always get as much air time. The breath will be our chariot to the inner realm of physical and emotional knowing, our bodies are infinitely wise and are always talking to us, but we don’t always carve out the time and space to listen. We will use this time to dive in, befriend, listen and love ourselves a little bit more deeply. Like meditation or hypnosis, Breathwork takes us out of the beta brain waves to the creativity of the alpha and theta waves. Come with a question, or just come to explore.

Breathwork is an active meditation that by occupying the mind creates space for the body to heal physically, emotionally and spiritually. This is a practice that can aid in letting go of old narratives, traumas and fears as well as connecting you to clarity, inspiration and a greater sense of embodiment. If you have been feeling stuck in any area of your life, having difficulty allowing love in, moving past an old wound, I invite you to try this practice. As an active practice it can bring up emotions, but know that the body won't bring up anything it isn't ready to heal and the energy of the group will hold and support you. After Breathwork sessions people usually leave saying they feel energized and lighter.

This is a virtual group, if you can’t make the live class a recording will be sent out to participants after. A Zoom link will be sent out on the day of the event. This practice is done lying down, create a safe comfortable space for yourself to breathe, an eye pillow is a nice addition.
