BREATHWORK FOR GRIEF AND LETTING GO

The emotion of the lungs is grief while the invitation of Autumn is letting go. Before we head into winter, let’s come together and use our lungs to feel and release, to cry if needed, to yell, to laugh, to transition. Autumn is a bridge, it takes us from external summer to internal winter. Let’s make the most of this auspicious time while the veils are thin to bridge these realms, the known of where we’ve been and the unknown of where we’re heading, the conscious and unconscious, the body and spirit.

Breathwork is an active meditation that by occupying the mind creates space for the body to heal physically, emotionally and spiritually. This is a practice that can aid in letting go of old narratives, traumas and fears as well as connecting you to clarity, inspiration and a greater sense of embodiment. If you have been feeling stuck in any area of your life, having difficulty allowing love in, moving past an old wound, I invite you to try this practice. As an active practice it can bring up emotions, but know that the body won't bring up anything it isn't ready to heal and the energy of the group will hold and support you. After Breathwork sessions people usually leave saying they feel energized and lighter.

  • This is a virtual group, a link will be sent out on the day of the group and a recording will be sent out to all afterwords in case you can’t make the live call or want to breathe again.

  • Dress comfortably, an eye pillow and palm stones can offer support and allow for deeper journeying.
